Guidelines and Conditions of Entry

 

All Classes $5 entry each

Admin fee of $5 applies only once (to cover Postage costs)

Submissions close Midnight Sunday 19th September 2021

This is a Photo and Video based online show, Video may be at liberty in a paddock, arena etc. as long as it shows a walk/trot no more then 60 seconds long.

Open classes are for ALL BREEDS registered and unregistered.

Breed classes are for Registered Horses and Ponies only. Please submit a copy of your registration certificate with your entry to validate.

Places to 3rd place, Sashes or gift vouchers to Champion/Reserve (if a victoria winner you will get a $5 voucher to be used at our Oct 2021 event) and a Garland or Major gift vouchers goes to the Supreme Exhibits, all depending on sponsors.

Photos MUST be taken within 12 months of the submission. Photos taken at a show or other event may be submitted provided they are non-professional and do not have ribbons, sashes, garlands etc. in photo submission.

NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS, PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN IN LAST 12 MONTHS

REFER TO PHOTO ENTRY GUIDE FOR SUBMITTING CORRECT PHOTOS

Ponies and Horses must be tidy and presentable but full show prep is not required for this show.

Clean & tidy Rope, Nylon and show halters/bridles are accepted for presentation. Dirty, frayed halters/gear not acceptable

Handlers need not be visible in a photo but if you are You may present in casual neat clothing.

Photos should be taken on a clear flat area.

Halter photos must show a clear side-on profile of the horse looking straight ahead and standing square or showing 4 legs visible. Front legs and back of back legs.

It is recommended that you take the photo with the sun behind your shoulder and standing level with the girth of your horse/pony.

Colour Classes require a clear photo of BOTH sides of the horse.

Judges Decisions are FINAL.

Judging is based solely on the photo/video submitted and what is visible in the photo supplied. Poor quality photo submissions may be declined

Please allow several weeks for prizes to be sent via post once the placing's are issued.
